Electronic Software Distribution
All key(s) are delivered via ESD (electronic software distribution) in text or image format, no physical shipping. Delivery is usually instant, but can take up to 24 hours if we need to manually process an order and/or verify the billing details in accordance with our fraud prevention policy. Once an order is verified you will receive an email containing a link to retrieve your key(s) electronically.
In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.
We always send 3 emails to make sure you have received our email in your inbox. 1st email your account detail , 2nd email your full order detail, Product key and software download details and 3rd email product activation key.
If you have not received your product keys, please email us at order@softwarekeymart.com with your name and order number, and we will reply right away to your email with your product code and instructions.

Ground: 0-2 days processing time. 4 – 10 Business days for delivery
Express Saver: 0-2 days processing time. 2 – 3 Business days for delivery
Standard Overnight: 0-2 days processing time. 1 business day for delivery.
Please keep in mind that the listed times are an estimation and, depending on product availability, it is possible that your product may arrive on a sooner date.
