SoftwareKeyMart strives to provide our customers with excellent assistance and to provide them with fair return services. To ensure our customers are satisfied with the product(s) they order, we offer a 30 day product guarantee. Within 30 days of delivery, SoftwareKeyMart will refund the full amount, minus the cost of shipping, on new, unopened items. Before returning any product, you must obtain authorization by contacting us by email at sales@SoftwareKeyMart.com.
For electronic delivery, SoftwareKeyMart will process the product/license key through manufacturer verification to make sure the product has not yet been used, activated or tampered with. Once this verification process is complete and the product has passed, SoftwareKeyMart will refund the purchase price of the product in the form of the original method of payment.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellation of digital downloads once the product key has been delivered, used & download the software ,activated or attempted to be activated on Microsoft Online.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been completed and delivered, or has been completed and delivered but remains in an unused state, we can cancel the order. A cancellation request can only be made within 1 days from the time of purchase, after this period an order will be deemed accepted. There is a 5% + $0.30 restocking charge deducted to cover our incurred payment processing costs for the transaction. We cannot accept cancellation of orders if the key has been used.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. No return shipping cost for digital item.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
If you paid by Paypal, refunds will be sent to Paypal The Same day after refund acepted .
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
